This photograph was made by Alan Macintyre.  I was first drawn to it because I think it resembles a pile of bodies; however, it is just sand.  The coloring of the picture makes it seem morbid and still makes the viewer second-guess what they are actually seeing. It is unclear whether or not the photographer created this shape or if this has occurred naturally. Either way, this photograph provides quite the visual experience.
