This photograph is called "Boobies." Laura Epstein-Norris took it and included it in an album entitled "Summertime." I was wondering who these girls were, and what relation they have to the photographer, if any. I am guessing they are close to her because of their comfort in their actions. Although the girls are holding their breasts, the picture is not raunchy, but more playful. In fact, my eye focuses at first not on their outrageous gestures, but on the middle girl's facial expression. Her stare is piercing, but she seems happy, something hard to accomplish. The photograph definitely elicits thoughts of carelessness, freedom, and summer.
